Shipping policy

We ship orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the details below for processing times, delivery estimates, and important guidelines.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • If an item is on pre-order or backorder, it will ship once available. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately.

Delivery Timeframes

Philippines

  • Metro Manila: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch
  • Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch

International

  • Most destinations: 5 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on carrier and customs processing

 

Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons.

Shipping Fees

  • Rates are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
  • Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Address Accuracy and Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
  • We can attempt address changes before dispatch only. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped once we receive them back. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Delivery Issues

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the parcel, contact the carrier immediately and notify us. We will assist where possible, but outcomes may depend on the carrier’s investigation.
  • If the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts and the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it once received. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged Parcels on Arrival

For items that arrive broken or damaged (for example, a cracked or leaking bottle), we require an unboxing video taken before opening the parcel to assess a claim.

Your video must be one continuous, unedited recording that shows:

  1. the unopened parcel and shipping label,
  2. you opening the parcel and inner packaging, and
  3. clear footage of the damage.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)

  • Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by the destination country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Shipment Splits and Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you with options: wait for restock, switch to a similar item, or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

  • If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable, we can reship once received back. Reshipping fees will apply.
  • If you choose to cancel after an undeliverable return, we can refund the product price if the item is in resellable condition. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
